Mastering 'the art' of avoiding unplanned pregnancy is simple and with minimal efforts

Updated: Feb 1, 2019

However, there is catch...

I spent the best part of my life in total ignorance about the epidemic proportions of Unplanned Pregnancy (UP) around the world. Knowing how to avoid it since my teens, I wrongly assumed that it was the case with everybody.

Not only that the majority of women didn't know how to avoid UP, but they were even going (and still do) for dangerous contraceptive drugs, altering the ever so important and fragile hormonal balance of their bodies. These drugs, like any other, come with undesirable from minor side effects like bloating, to serious health implications or death.

Statistics Found on cancer.gov in the Article 'Oral Contraceptives and Cancer Risk'

“In 2017, a large prospective Danish study reported breast cancer risks associated with more recent formulations of oral contraceptives (8). Overall, women who were using or had recently stopped using oral combined hormone contraceptives had a modest (about 20%) increase in the relative risk of breast cancer compared with women who had never used oral contraceptives. The risk increase varied from 0% to 60%, depending on the specific type of oral combined hormone contraceptive. The risk of breast cancer also increased the longer oral contraceptives were used..”

I learnt about women's contraceptive drugs' side effect's suffering from a male friend of mine who persuaded me to write the book I have (persistently) had in mind for a few years prior. Thus in May 2007, the First Edition of my book, How to Avoid Unplanned Pregnancy Every Time You Have Sex WITHOUT Using Contraceptive Drugs became a reality. It was originally available only in English, but later on in Spanish and Bulgarian.

Whatever of those languages you prefer to read, the book will give you a few natural methods for avoiding UP, from keeping away from intercourse, all together, or only during the ovulation days, to internally washing. This obscure, well forgotten but effective method is even briefly mentioned in the KISTNER’S GYNECOLOGY – Principles and Practice, Fifth Edition, Yearbook Medical Publishers, Inc. Chicago, Chapter – Conception Control, page 499 .

Now About the 'Catch' I Mentioned in the Subtitle at the Beginning of This Post

It is nothing more, nothing less than responsibility and discipline to apply the natural, free of charge, and side effects free methods, for avoiding Unplanned Pregnancy!
